Our Essential support package is designed to offer the core components for complete systems support.

All remote support via Telephone, Internet VPN connection, Mail or Fax is included within the cost of a single monthly retainer. Whilst this support package provides unlimited remote support, any works carried out on site will be chargeable in addition to the monthly retainer.

From experience we find that by far the majority of support issues can be dealt with remotely and therefore do not require a site visit. In this way we are able to keep the cost of this package to a minimum and you are only ever charged for time where a site visit cannot be avoided. Over 90% of our clients find that this is the most cost effective method of support.

Response times to site are 8 hours for this contract (effectively next working day).
