Premier Systems Support Takes our Essential package and adds our PSM™ Server Monitoring service to ensure your critical systems are available at all times, allows up to 10 hours of on-site support to be used per annum for problem solving where remote support cannot be used and offers a 4 hour on site response where necessary.
If you require all on-site hours included try our fully inclusive ‘Premier Plus’ package.
please note : installation of new hardware and software is not included in any support contract currently offered – these costs will generally be quoted separately.
