Complete systems protection and care – a full insurance policy against any problems. All support on and off site is included in the monthly retainer charge for complete peace of mind.
All hardware that is under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced with loan units provided by us whilst repairs are carried out. This includes cost of transportation of damaged hardware and the repaired items and all engineer time on and off site required to keep your systems working.
please note : installation of new hardware and software is not included in any support contract currently offered – these costs will generally be quoted separately.
