Free IT Support - Too good to be true?
Yes SADS really are offering free remote I.T. support to all new customers, however this is a limited offer and terms apply. If you can answer YES to the following questions then you too could benefit from our 3 months FREE I.T. support offer;
• Looking for a new I.T. support company? • Do you have 5 or more users?
• Is your company primarily based in the South East?
• Is remote access available at your site, broadband etc…?
This offer is available for new customers opening their first account; it unfortunately excludes all our current clients. Only one term of free support will be offered per company and new clients must agree to a 12 month minimum support contract. This offer is subject to a free consultation and initial site feasibility study; we reserve the right to decline an application where remote support is not possible and entirely at the discretion of the directors of SADS Ltd. This feasibility study involves a free visit by one of our engineers to assess your requirements. It does not involve any disruption or downtime to your business, just a small piece of your time. During the free remote support period site visits will be charged on a time and materials basis and software and hardware installations will be quoted separately.
